Workers' Comp - A National Perspective

The following pieces are both provided to offer some perspective of workers' compesentation from a national perspective.

'Reserving in the Age of Obesity' was published by the National Council of Compensation Insurance, Inc.  The study, comprising 36 U.S. States and nine injury years, examines the evidence of the contribution of obesity to the medical costs of workers' compensation claims.

'The Best Health Care in the World' was published by Lynch, Ryan, and Associaties - a national workers compensation consulting agency.  It examines the relationship between the current state of the health care system, and workers' compensation system, from a national basis.
